We'll discuss how Garden Roses are different from those grown especially for the cut flower trade, and we'll look at the varieties we're using at the farm to give us different blooms. We'll be using Roses and other seasonal flowers to make up Corsages.

We'll be making up a vase of "Wild" varieties to enjoy in your home (all cultivated and picked from the farm rather than the hedgerows of course)
