Flower farmers work experience days
If you want to know practical hints and tips to make your flower growing more productive, then these are the sessions for you.
With a small Socially distanced group, you'll learn about seasonal practical tasks, and how to make them efficient and timely, so you can grow the most flowers with the least input. Part workshop, part hands on practical experience these sessions will teach you the similarities and differences between gardening and flower farming
Our sessions will cover one topic each time, and you'll get stuck in to working on at least 2 different projects to give you confidence and practice in the techniques you'll need.

September - Dahlia Roguing
October - Ranunculus and Anemones
November - Dahlia removal and storage
All sessions are 9.30-12.30am
Each session will be £40, please register your interest, stating which session you'd like to take part in, and then payment will be asked for in the Spring when we are sure of Covid restrictions

There will be sponsored places on all of the sessions (with travel costs) for those who would like to learn but are not in the position to pay for the sessions.
