I did the Buckets and bouquets pricing workshop with Claire. I took away a lot from the course and found Claire to be practical and to the point. Claire explained very clearly all that should go into determining the price of a retail bouquet. The course has definitely helped me understand better where my price point should be and more importantly, I feel more confident in putting it forward to the customer.

These online session for Flower farmers and florists will look at retail and wholesale pricing issues.
1. Workshop - Buckets and bouquets. Selling to local customers in smaller numbers is ideal for those growing on a large garden scale.We’ll look at the differences in pricing that retail customers will be used to, how you can find and make comparisons to other retail outlets, and how to include all your hidden costs, so you can make money. 2. Workshop - Flowers for wholesale. We’ll look at the differences between retail and wholesale, and make sure you know the plus and minus points of each. We’ll look at where to find comparison pricing and how to make your wholesale work for your customers used to the Dutch markets, including talking about hubs, while ensuring you can make profit from your stems. Ideal for those who are looking to grow more and sell to florists and shops
