Terms and Conditions

Plantpassion Talks and workshops are designed to be inspiring and educational.

Please read the following terms and conditions. Placing an order/booking in a group confirms that you have read and agreed with them.

For Workshops and Flower clubs at the farm

If you have booked a place on a Plantpassion workshop, we will have ensured that we have plant matter for you to work with, and will have cleared up to ensure your safety. Please let us know if you have dietary requirements as refreshments will be provided.

We are unable to offer refunds on your course place if you are not able to attend, but you may send someone in your place, or if we have a waiting list, and your place can be filled, we will arrange for your place to be deferred to a future course.

Talks can take place either at your venue, or at Hill Top Farm.

Usually this is your venue during the winter months of October to March, and at the Farm in the summer months of May-September.

Talks are not available in our busy months of April and May, and they are available at the farm around our peak times for Florists and Wedding flowers, which usually means that they will be at the beginning of the week.(Mon-Wed) Please note we do not have any power, so all visitors will need to be off site before dusk.

Visits will be re- confirmed the week before they take place, so final numbers/ costs can be calculated.

My 2019 Prices are

For talks at your venue £85 plus mileage if the venue isn’t in my local delivery area (Guildford - Cobham). I will bring props (i.e plants or flowers) or a projector dependant on talk. I need a screen or wall to project onto, and a power source.

For talks to your group at the farm, the cost is £85 up to groups of 16, and £5 per person for larger groups up to 30 in size. This will include refreshments.

For both Talks and Workshops

Please understand that this is a working flower farm. We will have tidied up to ensure your safety, but we need to to ensure that you are aware of trip hazards, and wear sensible shoes, and appropriate clothing for the weather. NO OPEN TOED SANDALS PLEASE. There is Disabled access to the barn, but assistance may be needed for the field. Please let us know if you will need help. We have basic toilet facilities.

Thank you for reading and agreeing with these conditions for everyone’s enjoyment and understanding.
