Refund Policy

We would never want you to be unhappy with any product or service that you have bought from Plantpassion. Please let Claire know if you have any issues. The following are our refund policies.

1. If you have bought fresh flowers from Plantpassion, they are a living product. We would expect Event flowers to last in good condition for the event that they have been bought for, and retail flowers to last a week in a vase under normal circumstances.

The life of the flowers will be shortened if they have been in very hot or exposed conditions. But if this is not the case and the Quality of the flowers has not kept to our expectations please let us know immediately and we will refund or replace.

2. If you have bought the British Flowers book from Plantpassion and are unhappy with it, please return in in an unused condition in the original packaging and we will refund the book price.

3. If you have booked a place on a workshop, pick your own or work experience place, and are unable to attend, we cannot refund your place unless we are able to resell your ticket. You are able to send someone in your place.
