If you've already been sent our online wedding catalogue, checked with Claire if your date is likely to be available, and we're the right supplier for you, please make your "save the date" booking here to get the date reserved for you straight away. We only do one Bouquets and buttonholes wedding for each date in the summer. 

We book up quicker for Saturday dates, and usually have more availability for mid week collection dates.

Please read the following T's and C's, - by saving the date, you are confirming that you have agreed with them

• This £50 booking fee is non-refundable and is used to plan for the flowers that will be grown for you, including investing in seeds and bulbs. You will be sent vouchers so that you can book to see the field at our walk and talk field tours, or at a Pick your own event, so that you can talk to the team about your flowers.
• Final Payment needs to be paid before we start picking flowers, and should be made by Bacs/direct payment.
• Final confirmation of flower details and numbers will be required 2 weeks before the event date, and a collection time confirmed.
• Any items hired to you will need to be paid for in full, if lost, or not returned in a condition where they can be used again.
• All vases and vessels provided to Plantpassion to be filled with flowers should be label free, clean and dry (additional fees may apply if cleaning is needed)
• We cannot guarantee any varieties of flowers due to the vagaries of the English weather. We will let you know if any chosen flowers have been available at that time in previous years, but we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions to the same style, theme and cost.
• You will need to bring clean buckets or waterproof containers to transport your conditioned flowers in, or may borrow ours if they can be returned to us in the following week. Any jars vessels, vases, boxes and packaging should be returned to us for recycling. Please ensure there is enough room in your vehicle to transport the flowers when you come to collect them.
• We will take photos of the flowers that we have made, and may post them on Social media and our website as marketing promotion. Please let us know if you do not want us to mention your names in our social media feeds.
