Save the date, Wedding and party booking

If you’ve already received our online wedding catalogue, checked with Claire that your date is likely to be available, and feel we’re the right flower supplier for you, you can make your “Save the Date” booking here to reserve your date.

We only take one bouquets and buttonholes wedding per date during the summer season, so booking early is recommended.

Saturday dates tend to book up first, while we usually have more availability for mid-week collection dates.

The £50 Save the Date booking fee is non-refundable. This is a booking fee, not a deposit, and allows us to begin planning and growing flowers specifically for your wedding — including investing in seeds and bulbs well in advance of your date.

As part of your booking, you’ll receive vouchers to attend one of our Walk & Talk field tours or a Pick Your Own event, where you’re welcome to see the flowers growing and talk through your plans with the team.

By saving the date, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

• Final payment must be made before we begin picking flowers, and should be paid by BACS / direct bank transfer.

• Final confirmation of flower details and quantities is required two weeks before your event date, at which point a collection time will be agreed.

• Any hired items must be returned in a reusable condition. Items that are lost or returned damaged will need to be paid for in full.

• Any vases or vessels provided by you for us to fill must be label-free, clean and dry. Additional fees may apply if cleaning is required.

• As a working flower farm, we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties due to the vagaries of the English weather. We’re happy to advise on what has been available at similar times in previous years, and reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of a similar style, colour palette and value.

• You’ll need to bring clean buckets or waterproof containers to transport your conditioned flowers. Buckets can be borrowed by prior arrangement, provided they are returned the following week.

• Any jars, vessels, vases, boxes and packaging should be returned to us for reuse or recycling. Please ensure there is sufficient space in your vehicle for transporting flowers at collection.

• We may take photographs of the flowers we create and use these on our website and social media for marketing. Please let us know if you’d prefer your names not to be mentioned.
